XR Engineer, UX Designer & Product Manager, with 12+ years of hands-on experience designing, coding and managing the creation of digital experiences.
I led TAUXR Studio, and built 30+ scientific experiments with leading academic institutions, deployed on thousands of participants; co-founded Clone, an XR tech-startup that virtually teleports architects and engineers to job sites, piloted with 10+ construction companies in the US and Japan; and created Virt, a 100 m² free-roaming VR simulator for high-stakes training.
I believe XR opens doors to new ways of teaching, learning, and experiencing the world, and I’m driven to keep exploring how to use this medium meaningfully.
TAUXR | XR For Academia
I was hired by Prof. Tom Schonberg (Tel Aviv University) to make VR more accessible for the academia, and as demand grew we decided to expand into a full studio.
TAUXR is a production and design studio that provides XR services to academic researchers and educators. We design, code, and operate experiments, simulations and classes, tailored for our clients need.
- Delivered 30+ projects deployed to over 2,000 participants in 3 years.
- Managed the full client pipeline, from first meeting to final deployment.
- Led design and oversight of all active projects.
- Developed (code) the complex projects + built and maintained the core studio infrastructure that supported all of our work.
- Recruited and led a team of 6 across art, development and product roles.
Clone | Next-Gen Remote Communication
Clone is a remote communication platform I built with Asaf Amit & Yaniv Knoll.
More info in the project page.
- Raised $1M (pre-seed) from private investors and construction experts.
- Piloted alpha & beta products on site with >10 companies in Israel, US & Japan (3 companies in the top 20 US construction market).
- Product concepts, characterization and ongoing feedback implementations & gather from clients.
- Launched a Seed fundraising round, met >50 top tier VC partners in Israel and SF. Didn't manage to secure the round, but this was one of my top learning experiences on startups.
Virt | Virtual Training Platform
Virt was a VR training platform for armies and security companies.
- Full product ownership: characterization, feedback implementations and feature prioritization.
- Recruited and managed a team of 5 software developers.
- Built and designed VR training scenarios on a 100m area using real physical items as props that had virtual representation in the VR world.
